Return Policy

At HST Trading LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • The item must be in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electronic components and software (e.g., ECU programs).
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
  • Tires, wheels, or specially painted/coated parts.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@hsttradingautomotive.com or call us at +1 (307) 212-8876. Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.

Refund Process

  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be issued within 3–14 business days of receiving and approving the return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), a 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • If the original order included free shipping, actual shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue in an email to our support team. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Returns

For international customers:

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for returns.
