【Non-Touch Pilot Arc Function】The ARCCAPTAIN 55A plasma cutter features a pilot arc function. It utilizes a high-frequency non-touch arc starting mode. The torch head does not need to touch the metal plate, reducing energy consumption during non-cutting work, minimizing electrode burning, and extending service life. NOTE: DO NOT power on until the screen turns off and the fan stops working!
【Powerful & Portable】Utilizing advanced IGBT inverter technology, 50/60Hz high-frequency pilot arc, dual voltage 120/240V, with a 60% duty cycle. The maximum cutting thickness of ARCCAPTAIN 55A plasma cutter can reach up to 3/4″ @55A 240V 60PSI, while ideal clean cut at 1/2″ @35A 120V 55PSI. Moreover, the plasma cutting machine only weighs 19.8LB & compact, we also provide a shoulder strap, make it easy to carry from one place to another.
【Easy to Set Up】 There is an air pressure sensor inside the machine, allowing users to adjust the air pressure using the regulator. The air filter is mounted at the rear of the machine with 1/4″ – 18 NPT, enabling quick connection, saving installation time, and improving efficiency. The recommended air compressor pressure value is within the range of 57.5PSI, 5.3CFM. PLEASE NOTE: The Torch is AG60 Plasma Torch.
【One Step to Cut】 We have pre-set default parameters such as air pressure at 60 PSI and post-flow time at 5 seconds. Users only need to choose the voltage (110V/220V) and adjust the current knob to start cutting. The 2T/4T automatic cutting function releases your finger, making it extremely user-friendly for beginners and provide better welding experience.
【Safety & Durable 】 ARCCAPTAIN Cut55 plasma cutter have passed a variety of professional tests and certifications including TÜV and ANSI standards before leaving our factory. Post time function controlling the cooling time of the torch head to extend the service life of consumables.
