Put an end to transmission overheating and add another layer of protection with this easy-to-install billet aluminum PPE Transmission Fluid Thermal Bypass Valve.

The factory thermal bypass valve uses an integrated thermostat that restricts or cuts off flow even when fully open. That restricted flow can lead to high operating temperatures and overheating, potentially causing permanent damage to transmission components. The PPE TBV removes the highly restrictive factory thermostat, delivering uninterrupted, unrestricted flow to the transmission cooler at all times.

For extra protection, a service plug with a built-in neodymium magnet is integrated into the valve. This strong magnet traps ferrous debris before it reaches the transmission cooler, helping keep the cooler from clogging. To service it, simply remove the plug and wipe it clean.
